What To Expect In Your Ear Wax Removal Appointment
As a local, independent business our clinicians will take as long as necessary to ensure you get the care that you need. On average our appointments usually take around 45 – 60 minutes.

Digital HD Otoscopy
This is the beginning of your appointment where we’ll take a look inside your ears.
We use both analogue and digital Otoscopes and can let you take a glimpse inside your own ears at this stage if you wish – though it’s not always for the faint hearted!
Microsuction
This is recognised as the gold standard for earwax removal. A more effective treatment than irrigation/ syringing, it is a quick, safe and painless procedure which gently sucks the wax from the ear.
Hearing Test
We complete your appointments by testing your hearing using headphones at four frequencies: 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, 2000 Hz and 4000 Hz.
This will help us understand if there is any non-earwax related hearing loss. If so we can help you understand your next move by laying out some options.
ENT Referral
If at any stage we find something of concern, we have ENT specialists around the UK on hand for a remote diagnosis in just a few days
Pricing
We will only charge you once for your appointment. If we can’t remove your blockage in one appointment, we’ll rebook a second at no extra cost

Saturday – Sunday 9am – 6pm £80
