How To Help Tinnitus

Often called ‘ringing in your ears’, tinnitus is when you hear sounds that aren’t being made around them. It often sounds like humming, hissing, whistling, buzzing or clicking.

The noise can be loud or quiet, in one or both ears, constant or irregular – it’s different for everyone meaning some people can learn to live with it and, for others it can be very distressing and can affect mental health.
